I am thrilled with my new website that was recently designed by Kathy Mackey of Kathy Mackey Web Design. She did a terrific job. Kathy has been my web designer for years and she still never ceases to amaze me with her creativity and practical suggestions. She communicates well and keeps her delivery promises. I have always been happy with her rates, and to be honest, I never get second opinions or quotes. I know that if Kathy felt I could get better service from another provider, she would make the recommendation. With all that said, I remain a loyal customer.
I knew I needed a mobile responsive website, but am intimidated by the internet technology. Also, my old site was rather large and I was afraid of the costs. Kathy gave me a great design at a reasonable cost, but better than that she guided me through the early stages of being able to modify it myself so I am not dependent on her for everyday changes. This is a RADICALLY different business model from some other designers I had talked to who insisted on controlling the site and strongly pushing that I let them host it. I recommend Kathy to anyone who needs a site, but especially to anyone who like me is a small business person who wants the ability to make modifications without additional cost yet with the option of contacting Kathy when they run into problems.
